BAY Soccer has been selected by the Bucyrus Rotary Club to be its Auctionfest partner for 2012.
The Auction event will be held on Sat March 31, 2012
at Holy Trinity School.
What is the Auctionfest. The Bucyrus Rotary Club hosts a dinner and benefit auction every year and it selects one local organization to be it partner. The partner organization gets the proceeds from the event.
What you can do to help. Right now the club needs members to sell tickets to the event. Tickets to the event include:
-A $50 dollars spending voucher at the auction (use it or lose it)
-Table service dinner
-Seat at the auction
-Tickets are $100 per seat. 8 seats per table.
(Tables can be purchased in whole or by seat(s)
Members can also help by soliciting or making donations:
Types of donations:
-New, quality items or gift cards, time shares, professional services, etc
-Cash donations to help cover auction, building rental and dinner expenses.
(Auction is held at Holy Trinity and dinner catered)
No gift is too small
Other ways to help:
The Auctionfest committee needs help in organizing the event. Much planning and work will go into the event. You can help by:
-Attending the meeting posted on the website.
-Committing to and helping the day of the event in the following ways
-Seating up tables/chairs the day before the event
-Plateing for the dinner
-Serving the dinner
-Parking cars the day of the event.
-Clean up.
The club has a great opportunity to make money off this event. The money would be used for special projects like field impovements.
